Definition of "damn" and "OMG".

Hey guys!

Today I'm speaking to those who use the word "damn" in your speech. I'm not only talking to the believers. All the non- believers can also read on.

Firstly, I'm not scolding or trying to correct the way you speak or even change the way you use words.

I've seen a lot of people on twitter using the word "damn".
Eg. The weather damn hot

The word "damn" is NOT a good word.
I used to think it was just a word I can use to substitute "very".

After Pastor Dan preached, I asked God to help me STOP using all the words like "OMG", "shit" and "damn".
Surprisingly, for a vulgar girl like me, I instantly stopped. I didn't need to try or strive to change the way I speak.

(For those who are wondering why "oh my God" is a BAD word, read on.)

To prove to you guys that the word "damn" is bad, I went to define it with the dictionary. (The screenshot is below)

I hope you guys will be convinced that it's not the same meaning as the word "very" or "super".

Watch your words because your tongue has the power of life and death. Why use the same tongue you praise God to say words full of condemnation?

For those who want to change to way you speak, despite being a believer or not, you can. Some of you can change instantly like me, or take some time, and even a long time.

To the believers, don't feel condemned when you say those negative words.
Ask God to help you change your speech and put your trust in Him.

Now, regarding the word OMG, it means "oh my God". But have you guys ever realized you guys are using God's name in vain?

Eg ( OMG THIS IS SO CUTE)

Instead of using the word "God", you can substitute it with the word "goodness". You also realize that goodness is a positive thing. The more you use it, the more you are saying things you want to see- goodness.

I hope you guys will realize these words do have meanings to it.
I hope I blessed you guys!

Shalom,
Jo

Blogging to spread the love of Jesus

Hey guys!

I've decided to create a blog that isn't private so that I can share my revelations and testimonies and bless other people out there!

Jesus loves everyone of you out there! You are NEVER EVER EVER left out.

Shalom,

DGL's love for me

although this may look like an ordinary picture at the Star, I actually went through so much before getting a seat!

Because of my carelessness, I didn't manage to book my seat and I realized that only after I failed to tap into the star.

And just at that moment my DGL told me to not worry and to take her seat, while she takes care of my situation. (The solution was to wait until there is an empty seat she can take)

At that time the DG was waiting for me and we were rushing for time. And I realized then that my DGL really loved me :') she gave up her seat to go through the hassle for me. BUT THANK GOD, she managed to get a seat and it was FRONT ROW! Praise The Lord 😊

I still remember clearly that the RSM leader who overhears our conversation commented, "So sweet!"

I was indeed really touched about this entire episode and it made me realize how precious my DGL is.

Hi Julie! If you're reading this, I just want to let you know that you've been a GREAT blessing in my life! I really appreciate you.

This was also a revelation to me. Whenever you go through a trial or battle, Jesus takes over your shield and Armour, basically your battle, and tells you, "don't worry and just rest. This battle is mine." You don't have to do anything or strive to win the battle because Jesus will fight for you.

I hope that blessed you :-) because it blessed me :') thank you Jesus!

Shalom,
Jo
